More Than a Mentor —
A Queen Bee!

A Queen Bee is a woman who has walked the path — and chooses to walk it again alongside someone just beginning. She is a mentor, a witness, and a keeper of wisdom. Rooted in womanist values of community, justice, and healing, she shows up not to fix or direct, but to listen deeply, affirm boldly, and guide with love.
